So have I mentioned recently how much I love taking pictures? Because I do. It makes me happy. So very happy.
But that makes me sound like I take pictures only because it makes me happy. No, I also take pictures because it makes others happy, too.
You want proof? I've got proof. Last week I was told "You rock!" by one client after he got his images. Then there was last night when I heard that my work is "so much better than Olan Mills!!!" Or - the icing on the cake - "I love how you make me look!"
Those moments are the ones that make photo-taking worthwhile.
Those are the moments I live for.
I also love working in a photo shoot whenever I can. Even if it means leaving the restaurant table while waiting for the pizza to be baked and running a block away to hit up the alleyway and take advantage of the delicious lighting. Or maybe the adventure is what made it so good?
