Cooking: Moroccan Cuisine

First it was a pile of groceries. (And did you know that you can buy semolina flour, flax seed, and tahini at your neighborhood grocery store?)

Then we started chopping...LOTS of onions involved.

The lumps of dough looked beautiful, but the finished product (Moroccan flatbread) was even better.

Fresh mint with orange zest for the couscous.

And then the finished product: Moraccan spiced mince with couscous + moroccan flat bread + freshly made hummus garnished wish freshly roasted cashews.

Excellent shots of the food! And excellent cooking I might add... Marian and I have been experimenting with some cool recipes lately (she more than I...).
