Christmas in the Sun

It was a hot November afternoon.

And by hot, I mean in the 70s. And sunny.

After a week of bitter cold and dreary rain, it was a welcome relief.

But, this made shooting images for a soon-to-be-released Christmas CD challenging.

I'm dreaming of a White Christmas while having Fun, Fun, Fun in the Sun isn't exactly the easiest thing in the world. :-P

So while I'm doing this shoot (and toting model and harp from street corner to street corner, up and down stairs, and down the alley), the poor, bored, harp transportation wasn't finding the camera very intriguing.

When his muscles weren't being used to tote the harp from location to location, he found himself a Wall Street Journal and plopped down to inhale the news.

And, since I'm not going to allow myself to debut my favorites from the shoot until AFTER I've finished blogging my previous shoots, I leave you with just one picture.

Not sure why. But there is something about this shot that makes me just want to bust up laughing. I think it's because my head instantly starts coming up with tons of funny captions.
